It was historically inevitable and it was
politically inevitable that the NATO puppet Musharraf would meet his nemesis in
conflict with the State’s highest judiciary. Inevitable, because the leading
office-holder of the judiciary in his person embodies the law of the State and
its justice, while the Pretender to Presidency embodies the overthrowing of the
law of the State and the imposition of injustice to the people of Pakistan.
In terms of the philosophy of democracy he represents the fascist overthrow of
an elected government by military putsch. In terms of the science of
geo-politics he represents the classical insertion of a pre-trained native to
uphold the doctrines and policies of a foreign, invasive and imperial entity.
The classical modern examples of this were Hitler’s placing Field Marshal Pétain
as his governor of France, and the politician Quisling as his governor of
Norway. In terms of Islamic Law there seems a powerful case to have him declared
kafir, and to this end a panel of judges should examine his case and test him
against the unarguable authority of the Fataawa ‘Aalmgheeri. In terms of the
important and powerful operating model of ‘Amal in Muslim society, he must at
the least be considered Munafiq.
As an openly committed Ataturkist, or Kemalist, he is bound by that policy which
necessitates an atheist State and an atheist judiciary. A necessary clause in a
Kemalist ruler’s contract is that he will on no account make war on a foreign
State, but will uphold a policy of open war against his own people, should they
try to abolish the Kemalist contract. This has proved fatal to the destiny of
the Turkish people, which stands by helpless to intervene in the matter of its
former colonies, now Israel, Syria and Iraq, while its Kemalist junta still put
tanks around the mosques and remain the unchallenged assassins of great ‘ulema
and intellectuals.
Since the coup d’état, under orders, of Musharraf, this too has been the case in
Pakistan. On the one hand he has clearly indicated that he intends a programme
of total acquiescence to India’s imperial demand for the Muslim land of Kashmir.
On the other hand he has personally supervised a systematic pattern of
assassination of enormously revered and respected ‘ulema, as well as staging
street confrontations to permit his private civilian army to fire
indiscriminately on Pakistani citizens. War against one’s own people is an
inescapable clause of the Kemalist programme.
Although he uses significant quantities of so-called Foreign Aid to prop up a
regime that has a vanishing support from the masses of the people, he has
clearly failed to deliver the goods to his masters. Since the invasion of the
northern Muslim provinces above the Khyber Pass by a foreign army of
mercenaries, that same foreign force has adopted a regrettably successful
technique of dividing Muslim social energies into separate political groupings
which they and their media have invented in their opposition to Islam.
The first major divide, certainly the most dangerous of all, actually involved a
joining in order to create a division. Attacked by two religions, it suited them
to join the two into one religion. First attacked by the Shi‘a in Iran, they
then found themselves attacked by the Muslims in Afghanistan. Then in Iraq they
found they were being attacked by the Shi‘a, previously oppressed under Saddam,
but were also being attacked by the Muslims, who had previously abandoned Islam
under Saddam. Truly, as in the famous Hadith, Allah uses the enemies of the Deen
to advance the Deen. Just as the Shi‘a religion had awakened under its military
leader Sadr, so too, after years of easy atheist living, the ex-Saddamites
re-discovered their religion and were quickly recognised as being insurgents. It
was of course a re-surgence.
It is only the ghastly deviation from Islamic Law which constitutes using young
people as suicide vehicles that stands as an absolute barrier preventing the
world’s two billion Muslims from openly rallying to support all these many
causes now festering in the world today. In an Islamic Court of Law, a man found
guilty of booby-trapping a Muslim would be found guilty of murdering that
Muslim, and he would be asked before sentence was passed, why he did not do it
himself, and what were his reasons.
We have indicated that the first idea of division to weaken us was to suggest
then that we were a religion with a sectarian divide. Now, Allah the Great has
declared in Surat al-Ma’ida (5:3):

Today the kuffar have despaired of overcoming your deen.
So do not be afraid of them but be afraid of Me.
Today I have perfected your deen for you
and completed My blessing upon you
and I am pleased with Islam as a deen for you.
When that Ayat was revealed, Khilafa was not an issue, and inherited leadership
was not an issue. Anything that bases itself on other than that then-completed
religion has to be, by definition, another religion. For example, the wahhabis
accuse us as Sufis of certain Bida‘. The Sufis from their side accuse the
wahhabis of other Bida‘. Both have a limited case of things that need
correcting. Therefore we, both groups, continually pray behind each other.
Doctrinally, if a Shi‘a prays behind us they consider his prayer invalid and a
matter of strategic deception. Thus, they are the separatists, not us. One of
the urgent necessities of our time is a strong Muslim Da’wa to the Shi‘a calling
them from the cult of the worship of family inheritance.
On a world scale, the invention of a world terrorist network called Al-Qaeda is
a superb fiction almost on a level with H. G. Wells’ invented threat of an
invasion from Mars. Orson Welles proved that the American public could run amok
in undirected terror at the threat of a Martian invasion, and perhaps,
therefore, we should see him and not Bin Laden as the father of Al-Qaeda. Of
course, this organisation had a tiny and fragile connection to Islam. Its
founder was from Arabia yet was utterly unschooled in Fiqh and Kalam. From the
moment their first activities emerged, and even in their climactic moment, there
never once issued from them a single call to Islam, a single Ayat of Qur’an, or
a single invocation of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
From the beginning their discourse revealed them to be quite simply
anti-American Arabs. Their recruits, far from being drawn from a dynamic and
educated elite, proved to have been drawn from the lower depths of society. The
news that the men who executed the destruction of the Twin Towers spent their
last night with prostitutes drinking vodka-sours scarcely inspires a call to a
higher cause. The whole phenomenon, devoid as it was of any known Islamic
content, any known Islamic programme, any known parameters of Islamic Law, would
certainly have fizzled out as all nihilist movements do, in accordance with
their classical historical precedents.
If it had not been for the Banker Sect ending up convinced that the existence of
Al-Qaeda as a world Islamic threat presented them with a Bull Market, and that
there was chance of a national leveraged buy-out, there would have been no
invasion of Iraq. We, the Muslims, then had to submit to the distasteful process
by which media “experts” and out-of-work academics who did not know what to do
with their politics degrees suddenly emerged on TV and authoring books, telling
us who these terrorists were. Only this week on CNN a girl, barely out of
college, was presented as a senior spokesman of something called the Heritage
Foundation. Speaking in a very low-class English, she informed the viewers that
the vast menace of Islamic terrorists in Britain had not been confronted by the
British Government. Ernst Jünger, in his great mid-twentieth century analyses of
modern capitalism and its State crises, indicated that it was in the nature of
that capitalism to absorb into itself any militant rebel force, one necessary to
it for its ongoing existence, so that when it was crushed, the State would
itself invent it. Paralysis of a series of international airports, evacuation of
terminals, midnight swoops by Special Forces, arrests, charges and dismissals
which never see the courts. This is what the bemused two billion Muslims face
and only now begin to protest.
Since the Al-Qaeda signifier has begun to look more and more like the very
Conspiracy Theory that the capitalist ethos has defined as paranoia, it has been
necessary to keep applying the divide-and-conquer technique over and over. The
fundamentalists, the Islamists, the Hizbi-this and the Hizbi-that, Hamas, the
Ikhwan, the Askar, or even, simply, the insurgents – never the World Muslim
Community. Never the Ummah. Even the little dwarf in Rome, with his twisted
mouth and his Prada slippers, can denounce us as war-like. No mention from him
that his predecessors sent out teams to assassinate Elizabeth I of England, or
quietly folded their hands in prayer as the millions went into the concentration
camps in World War II. It was enough for the dictator of Uzbekistan to say when
he massacred hundreds of his own citizens, men, women and children, that they
were Islamists for the USA and EU to turn their heads away, and for Soros to
continue his fiduciary activity.
In the matter of Pakistan, the dog Musharraf can no longer say it is the
Islamists or Al-Qaeda, or even the long-dead Bin Laden whose ghost he claims to
hunt – none of these are the enemy. The enemy of Musharraf is Pakistan. The
people of Pakistan. The dictator cannot win, as he has defied the lawyers. A
Party which defies the lawyers, by the same token, cannot win. The Army has got
to intervene. The excremental presence of Musharraf must be shovelled out of the
Presidential Palace. In order to protect the lives of its citizens, the Army is
morally, Islamically, and even democratically obliged to remove him. The
political argument would insist on the restoration of the illegally deposed
Prime Minister, although the pragmatics of the present anarchy may not permit
it. In that event, the Army must recover the dignity of the world Muslim nation
and set up a working governance that speaks for all the people and not for the
wealth-elite of Karachi and the cities. Pakistan is a great nation whose new
generation represent a spectacular gift to the world of intellectual capacity
and genius – one man stands in the way of them fulfilling in their lives the
gifts that Allah has given them. It falls to the High Command of the Army, once
again, to rescue the nation, its self-respect, and its future.
We ask Allah to give to the leadership of the country, to its army and its
judiciary and its ‘ulema power to remove the dictator, uniquely representing as
he does, foreign forces inimical to the great State of Pakistan.
